Job Description
• Design modern and contemporary building concepts that meet client expectations, functional requirements, and industry best practices.
• Produce comprehensive architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D visualizations suitable for construction.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications for project implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, civil and structural engineers, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material selections, and design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, health and safety requirements, and company standards.
• Prepare project presentations, design reports, and technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, sustainable building technologies, construction materials, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices.
🎓 Qualifications
• Candidate must be Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect or eligible for professional registration is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
