04. Job Matching & Deployment
While we work hard to match you with suitable employers, registration does not guarantee a job offer. Final hiring decisions are made by the foreign employer. Deployment timelines may vary due to visa processing or other government requirements beyond our control. We’ll always keep you informed.
05. Limitation of Liability
1st Dynamic is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g., embassies, medical clinics, airlines).
- Changes in employer requirements or job orders.
- Losses from sharing your password or account access with others.
06. Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful behaviour. In such cases, all applications will be voided.
