Your data is used only for recruitment purposes: to match you with overseas job openings, to verify your qualifications, to process your application, and to communicate with you about interviews, offers, and deployment. We also use it to improve our services and for compliance with DMW/POEA requirements.

03. Sharing Your Information

We only share your profile with accredited foreign employers who have job openings that match your skills. We never sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it with anyone not directly involved in the hiring process. All partner employers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

04. How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your password is stored in a hashed format — not even our staff can see it. Access to your records is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all data transmissions are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Regular security audits are conducted to keep your information safe.

05. Your Rights Under DPA 2012

06. How Long We Keep Your Data

02. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials private – don’t share them with anyone.
  • Respond to interview invitations and deployment schedules promptly.
  • Use the platform only for its intended recruitment purpose – no spamming or misuse.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

03. Our Obligations

1st Dynamic commits to:

  • Process your applications fairly and without discrimination.
  • Follow the NO PLACEMENT FEE policy for applicable countries.
  • Provide clear updates on your application status via your dashboard.
  • Protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Protocol.

04. Job Matching & Deployment

While we work hard to match you with suitable employers, registration does not guarantee a job offer. Final hiring decisions are made by the foreign employer. Deployment timelines may vary due to visa processing or other government requirements beyond our control. We’ll always keep you informed.

05. Limitation of Liability

1st Dynamic is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., embassies, medical clinics, airlines).
  • Changes in employer requirements or job orders.
  • Losses from sharing your password or account access with others.

06. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful behaviour. In such cases, all applications will be voided.
