If you apply for a job, we may also collect your employment history, education, and certifications. This is your Digital Professional Profile — it helps us find the right job for you.
02. Why We Collect Your Data
Your data is used only for recruitment purposes: to match you with overseas job openings, to verify your qualifications, to process your application, and to communicate with you about interviews, offers, and deployment. We also use it to improve our services and for compliance with DMW/POEA requirements.
03. Sharing Your Information
We only share your profile with accredited foreign employers who have job openings that match your skills. We never sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it with anyone not directly involved in the hiring process. All partner employers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
04. How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your password is stored in a hashed format — not even our staff can see it. Access to your records is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all data transmissions are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Regular security audits are conducted to keep your information safe.

06. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your profile for up to five (5) years from your last login. After that, your data is securely anonymized or deleted unless there’s a legal reason to keep it longer. You can also request earlier deletion if you no longer wish to be in our roster.
