Job Description

• Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, pumps, water tanks, valves, and
associated equipment.
• Read, interpret, and work from plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical
specifications.
• Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, and system inspections to ensure proper
operation and compliance with project requirements.
• Diagnose plumbing faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and
prevent further damage.
• Ensure all plumbing installations comply with applicable plumbing codes, health
regulations, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely and efficient
project completion.
• Maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and recommendations for repairs or
system improvements.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance requests when
required.
🎓 Qualifications
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Candidate must be Highschool graduate
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and
repair within residential, commercial, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, sanitary, and piping systems.
• Valid Plumbing License or Trade Certification (where applicable)
• Trade Certificate in Plumbing or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
