Job Description
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate daily work to ensure productivity and compliance with project schedules.
• Ensure all construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and accountability of construction tools,equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly site progress reports, including work completed, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, material usage, project
• status, challenges encountered, and recommendations for management's review and advice.
• Assist in planning upcoming work activities and ensuring project milestones areachieved.
🎓 Qualifications
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven supervisory experience in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical
specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft
Excel, for preparing site reports and documentation.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
