• Lead, supervise, and coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to
ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and overall project
performance to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, company policies,
statutory requirements, and applicable building codes.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project
stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and ensure seamless project
delivery.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, identify potential risks, and implement
proactive solutions to address site-related challenges.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and
project documentation to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources efficiently to maximize productivity while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and
quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to project
specifications, quality standards, and approved timelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to
foster a high-performing project team.
🎓 Qualifications
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Licensed Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in construction project management,
preferably in commercial, residential, or infrastructure developments.
• Proficient in industry-standard engineering and project management software,
including:
AutoCAD – 2D/3D drafting and detailing
Autodesk Civil 3D – Civil engineering design and site development
Microsoft Project (MS Project) – Project scheduling and resource management Primavera P6 – Project planning, scheduling, and project controls
Microsoft Excel – Budgeting, cost estimation, reporting, and data analysis Bluebeam Revu – Document review, PDF markups, and collaboration (preferred) Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Building Information Modeling (BIM),
Navisworks, Procore, or similar construction management platforms is highly
desirable.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.
