(DMW License No. DMW‑011‑LB‑051822‑R) strictly complies with the rules and regulations of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). We do NOT charge any placement fees from applicants for countries where it is prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for any transactions made outside our official website and office. Beware of individuals or groups posing as 1st Dynamic staff on social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber) who demand payments in exchange for job offers. Always verify the identity of our representatives through our official communication channels.

Common Scam
Modus Operandi

Fake Identity

Scammers pretend to be 1st Dynamic agents using fake IDs, photos, and even office addresses. Always verify the agent's details directly with our office.

Upfront Payment Request

You are asked to pay "placement fee", "visa processing", or "medical exam" via personal accounts (GCash, PayPal, bank transfer). Legitimate agencies never do this.

Social Media Traps

Job offers are sent exclusively via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or Telegram without an official interview. Legitimate offers always involve formal correspondence.

Fake Job Orders

Scammers show fake DMW job orders or POEA certificates. Always cross‑check the job order number on the official DMW website.

Pressure Tactics

You are hurried to pay immediately because the "slot is limited" or the "deadline is today". Scammers use pressure to bypass your rational thinking.

Phantom Interviews

Fake "employers" conduct interviews over the phone and quickly offer a job, then ask for money for "processing". Real interviews are more thorough.

How to Protect Yourself

  • Verify the DMW license of any agency before applying. Use the official DMW website.
  • Never pay any fees for a job application, especially via personal channels.
  • Insist on a formal interview — online or face‑to‑face — before accepting any offer.
  • Check the job order number on the DMW's list of approved job orders.
  • Contact us directly using the numbers on our official website if you suspect any fraudulent activity.

When you create an account, we ask for personal details like your full name, email address, contact number, birthdate, sex, and a profile photo. If you apply for a job, we may also collect your employment history, education, and certifications. This is your Digital Professional Profile — it helps us find the right job for you.

We do not collect sensitive information like religion, political views, or financial account numbers.

02. Why We Collect Your Data

Your data is used only for recruitment purposes: to match you with overseas job openings, to verify your qualifications, to process your application, and to communicate with you about interviews, offers, and deployment. We also use it to improve our services and for compliance with DMW/POEA requirements.

03. Sharing Your Information

We only share your profile with accredited foreign employers who have job openings that match your skills. We never sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it with anyone not directly involved in the hiring process. All partner employers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

04. How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your password is stored in a hashed format — not even our staff can see it. Access to your records is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all data transmissions are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Regular security audits are conducted to keep your information safe.

05. Your Rights Under DPA 2012

Right to Access

Ask for a copy of your data anytime.

Right to Rectify

Correct any inaccurate information.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your data in certain cases.

Right to Object

Say no to processing for certain purposes.

06. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your profile for up to five (5) years from your last login. After that, your data is securely anonymized or deleted unless there’s a legal reason to keep it longer. You can also request earlier deletion if you no longer wish to be in our roster.

01. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for providing true and complete information. Fake profiles, impersonation, or submitting false documents will result in immediate account deactivation.

Remember: you’re building your professional reputation. Keep your details accurate and updated.

02. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials private – don’t share them with anyone.
  • Respond to interview invitations and deployment schedules promptly.
  • Use the platform only for its intended recruitment purpose – no spamming or misuse.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

03. Our Obligations

1st Dynamic commits to:

  • Process your applications fairly and without discrimination.
  • Follow the NO PLACEMENT FEE policy for applicable countries.
  • Provide clear updates on your application status via your dashboard.
  • Protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Protocol.

04. Job Matching & Deployment

While we work hard to match you with suitable employers, registration does not guarantee a job offer. Final hiring decisions are made by the foreign employer. Deployment timelines may vary due to visa processing or other government requirements beyond our control. We’ll always keep you informed.

05. Limitation of Liability

1st Dynamic is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., embassies, medical clinics, airlines).
  • Changes in employer requirements or job orders.
  • Losses from sharing your password or account access with others.

06. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful behaviour. In such cases, all applications will be voided.
