• Operating spring-forming, coiling, and winding machinery to manufacture coil, leaf, torsion,
or compression springs.
• Measuring and testing spring tension, load capacity, and dimensions to ensure compliance
with specifications
• Performing heat treatment, tempering, and finishing processes on springs as required.
• Inspecting raw materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Repairing and reconditioning damaged or worn springs for machinery and equipment.
• Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining production machinery and tools.
• Adhering to workplace health and safety standards, especially around machinery operations.
• Working as part of a precise, quality-focused production team.
• Spring Technician Requirements
🎓 Qualifications
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Willing to take ielts
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification in mechanical
engineering, metalworking, or related trade is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in spring manufacturing, repair, or related
metalworking/mechanical trade.
• Knowledge of metal properties, tension/load calculations, and spring types (compression,
extension, torsion, leaf).
• Skilled in operating spring-forming and coiling machinery and using precision measuring
tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.
