Job Description
Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Site Management: Oversee site operations, including supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving site-related issues.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed.
Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any defects or issues.
Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve any delays.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
🎓 Qualifications
Age: 25-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven
track record of successful project delivery.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CM, or LEED AP
are highly desirable.
