Job Description
Manages the RFI process, drawing register, IFC documentation milestones and external consultant relationships for all projects, ensuring that the information required to construct and procure is accurate, current and delivered on time.
Manages the Senior Designer and is responsible for the quality and timeliness of all design outputs produced internally.
Responsible for ensuring that all internal and consultant design documentation complies with the applicable Australian Standards (AS/NZS) referenced in the client brief and contract, and for identifying and resolving any non-compliance before drawings are issued for construction or procurement.
🎓 Qualifications
Age: 25-45 years old
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in a design management, project management or design coordination role
within a building construction environment.
Experience on Australian Government-funded projects in PNG or the Pacific. Familiarity with
AFP or SDP documentation requirements preferred
