Job Description
Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber structures.
Build wall frames, ceiling frames, partitions, doors, and windows.
Complete rough and finishing carpentry work.
Install skirting boards, architraves, trims, and fittings.
Carry out repairs, alterations, and quality checks to ensure work meets standards.
Read structural and formwork drawings.
Construct, install, brace, and dismantle formwork for concrete works.
Ensure correct dimensions, levels, alignment, and safety of formwork systems.
Inspect, maintain, and store reusable formwork materials.
Measure, cut, and install plasterboard to walls and ceilings.
Fix sheets to timber or metal framing.
Install fire-rated and moisture-resistant plasterboard as required.
Install partitions, ceiling linings, cornices, trims, and accessories.
Repair damaged plasterboard and prepare surfaces for finishing.
🎓 Qualifications
Age: 25-45 years old
Minimum education: Undergraduate/college level or higher.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in the nominated role.
Candidates with a high-school-level education must be confident and willing to sit the
required English/PTE test.
Candidate must have a recognised Bricklaying Certificate or relevant trade certificate.
Candidate must have experience in gyprock and plasterboard installation.
With valid driver license
