Job Description
Cutting, bending, drilling, grinding, and processing metal materials.
Operating machines and tools used for metal processing.
Measuring and checking metal parts according to specifications.
Welding and assembling metal components when required.
Grinding, polishing, and finishing metal products.
Inspecting finished products for defects and quality.
Loading, unloading, and handling metal materials safely.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Following company instructions, production procedures, and safety regulations.
Performing other related metal-processing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Must have completed a 3-year Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Japan in the same or related metal work/manufacturing category
Relevant manufacturing or metalwork experience is preferred
Physically fit and willing to work in Japan
Good attitude and willing to work long-term
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Must pass the required SSW Skills Test for the applicable field.
Must meet the required Japanese language qualification, such as JFT-Basic or JLPT N4 or higher is an advantage
Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in standing positions when required.
Able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures.
Welding, fabrication, machining certificates, or NC II qualifications are an advantage, if applicable.
