Job Description
• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming,
and finishing coats, in accordance with project specifications
• Carry out solid plastering, plasterboard stopping, sanding, and jointing to a high standard
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules.
• Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, sealing, and masking prior to painting or
plastering.
• Mix and apply paints, textures, plaster, and other coating materials to the required standard.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Repair, patch, and maintain painted and plastered surfaces as required.
• Operate and maintain painting and plastering tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify defects in surfaces or finishes and carry out corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Comply with all health, safety, and company policies at all times.

• Age: 25-45 years old
• Candidate must be High school graduate or at least 1 year graduate in college
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant painting and plastering experience with verifiable employment
records.
• Strong hands-on experience in solid plastering and/or plasterboard stopping is essential
• Experience with both interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects is
highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and finishing specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant painting and plastering standards, safety procedures, and quality
requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience in spray painting and texture coating.
• Age: 25-45 years old
