Job Scope & Responsibilities
•Automobile Inspection and Maintenance
•Assist in checking the condition of vehicles.
•Inspect vehicle components and identify possible problems.
•Perform routine vehicle maintenance.
•Assist with scheduled vehicle servicing.
•Automobile Repair
•Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems.
•Perform repair and replacement of vehicle parts under the direction of senior mechanics.
•Use appropriate tools and equipment for automobile repair.
•Assist in checking repaired vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly.
•Automobile Parts and Accessories
•Assist in handling automobile parts and accessories.
•Help identify the appropriate parts needed for vehicle maintenance and repair.
•Support the handling and management of automotive products.
•Workshop Operations and Safety
•Prepare tools and equipment for maintenance and repair work.
•Keep the work area clean and organized.
•Follow workplace safety rules and instructions.
•Properly handle tools, machinery, and automotive equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
✔Male applicants, 22–39 years old
✔ At least a High School Graduate
✔ Must have completed a 3-year Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in Automobile Mechanic or Automobile Maintenance.
✔Must have passed a relevant Japanese Government Skills Examination, such as: Grade 3 Skills Test/Special Grade Skills Test/3rd Grade (Sankyu / 3級) or Specialized Grade (Senmonkyu / 専門級)
✔ Applicants must possess the required SSW skills qualification for the automobile repair and maintenance field or meet the applicable exemption requirements through completed Technical Intern Training.
✔ Must have the required Japanese-language qualification or applicable exemption.
✔ Must be physically fit and capable of performing automobile maintenance and repair work.
✔ Willing to work with automotive tools, equipment, and machinery.
✔ Must be responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow workplace rules and safety procedures.
✔ Able to cooperate and communicate with Japanese supervisors and fellow employees.
✔ Applicants with previous automobile repair or maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
