Job Scope & Responsibilities
• As a Caregiver, you will assist facility residents with their daily activities, including:
• Assisting residents with bathing and personal hygiene
• Assisting with meals and feeding when necessary
• Providing toileting and restroom assistance
• Supporting residents with daily living activities
• Providing personal care and body care
• Assisting residents with mobility and movement
• Monitoring and supporting residents' daily routines and well-being
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicating and working cooperatively with other caregiving staff and facility personnel
• Providing compassionate and respectful care according to each resident's needs
• Assisting residents with bathing and personal hygiene
• Assisting with meals and feeding when necessary

Minimum Qualifications
• FEMALE/MALE applicants
• Age Requirement: 22 – 38 years old
• Educational Attainment: High School Graduate
• At least 3 years of experience
• Completed Technical Intern Training (TITP) in the same category – Nursing Care, and must
have passed the required Skills Evaluation Test / Government Skills Examination (Ginō Kentei
“Senmonkyu”),
• Must pass the required Nursing Care Skills Evaluation Test and Japanese Language Test (JFTBasic or JLPT N4 or higher)
• Caregiving or nursing care experience is preferred, depending on the job order
• Physically fit and capable of performing caregiving duties
• Willing to work in a nursing care facility in Japan
• Responsible, hardworking, patient, and compassionate
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to follow facility rules, procedures, and shift schedules
• Willing to work and live in Japan for the duration of the SSW-1 employment
• NO TATTOO
