Job Scope & Responsibilities
• Load stone slabs onto the CNC machine
• Programme and operate CNC machinery according to job requirements
• Programming & Design Interpretation
• Load digital CAD/CAM design files (from templating software) to direct the machine’s
movements
• Fabrication Control
• Monitor the sawing and cutting process
• Check for potential errors during production
• Quality & Safety Control
• Inspect finished pieces for precision and quality standards
• Check for defects and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Replace worn blades and clean machine components
• Perform routine maintenance and escalate repair requirements
• Proficiency with CNC machinery, software/digital technology
• Experience operating CNC stone machinery and bridge saws would be ideal, but not
essential
• Experience in CNC Profiling machines and Waterjet operations would be an advantage
• Ability to work with tight tolerances to ensure high-quality, consistent finished products
• Understanding of the properties of different stone types and engineered surfaces would be
an advantage
• Ability to accurately measure, read and interpret specifications
• Previous experience with CNC Saw, CNC Profiling and Hand Polishing machines would be an
advantage
Minimum Qualifications
• Male applicants only
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Candidate must be High school graduate or at least 1 year graduate in college
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as a CNC Stone Saw Operator or in a closely
related CNC stone fabrication role
• Proven experience programming and operating CNC machinery for stone benchtops
• Relevant trade qualifications or formal training in CNC machining, stone fabrication
• Valid driver’s license.

Your data is used only for recruitment purposes: to match you with overseas job openings, to verify your qualifications, to process your application, and to communicate with you about interviews, offers, and deployment. We also use it to improve our services and for compliance with DMW/POEA requirements.

03. Sharing Your Information

We only share your profile with accredited foreign employers who have job openings that match your skills. We never sell your data to third parties, nor do we share it with anyone not directly involved in the hiring process. All partner employers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

04. How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your password is stored in a hashed format — not even our staff can see it. Access to your records is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all data transmissions are encrypted (SSL/TLS). Regular security audits are conducted to keep your information safe.

05. Your Rights Under DPA 2012

Correct any inaccurate information.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your data in certain cases.

06. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your profile for up to five (5) years from your last login. After that, your data is securely anonymized or deleted unless there’s a legal reason to keep it longer. You can also request earlier deletion if you no longer wish to be in our roster.

03. Our Obligations

1st Dynamic commits to:

  • Process your applications fairly and without discrimination.
  • Follow the NO PLACEMENT FEE policy for applicable countries.
  • Provide clear updates on your application status via your dashboard.
  • Protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Protocol.

04. Job Matching & Deployment

While we work hard to match you with suitable employers, registration does not guarantee a job offer. Final hiring decisions are made by the foreign employer. Deployment timelines may vary due to visa processing or other government requirements beyond our control. We’ll always keep you informed.

05. Limitation of Liability

1st Dynamic is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third parties (e.g., embassies, medical clinics, airlines).
  • Changes in employer requirements or job orders.
  • Losses from sharing your password or account access with others.

06. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting our support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful behaviour. In such cases, all applications will be voided.
