Job Scope & Responsibilities
• Read and interpret structural drawings, reinforcement schedules, and specifications.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, reinforcement schedules, and specifications.
• Cut, bend, and shape reinforcing steel bars (rebar) and mesh to required sizes using manual and power tools.
• Place and secure rebar, mesh, and cages in formwork according to engineering plans.
• Tie rebar using wire, clips, or mechanical fastening systems to maintain correct spacing and alignment.
• Install reinforcement for concrete structures such as slabs, columns, beams, footings, and retaining walls.
• Position and secure precast reinforcing components prior to concrete pouring.
• Ensure correct concrete cover, spacing, and bar placement to meet structural and safety standards.
• Work closely with formwork carpenters, concrete crews, and site supervisors to meet project
• timelines.
• Inspect reinforcement installations for compliance with project specifications and building
• codes.
• Follow workplace

• Candidate must be college graduate or at least 1-year post graduate in college.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience
• Read and interpret structural drawings, reinforcement schedules, and specifications.
• Cut, bend, and shape reinforcing steel bars (rebar) and mesh to required sizes using
manual and power tools.
• Age: 25-45 years old
• Candidate must be college graduate or at least 1-year post graduate in college.
